This 5-minute survey helps us better understand your travel style, wants, and needs for your upcoming trip. Step 2- Consultation: Once you’ve completed our travel survey, we’ll connect via a consultation call to discuss your trip in further detail. This time gives us a chance to get to know you and your travel style as best we can. The more we know about you, the better we can plan your amazing trip! STEP 3- Custom Itinerary: Now you can sit back and relax while we build your perfect itinerary. You’ll have the opportunity to review our proposed itinerary and provide feedback until your trip is perfect. We’ll make sure your final itinerary is exactly what you wanted and more! our planning fees In order to design your one-of-a-kind itinerary, we charge a planning fee for our services, which include the following: Travel itinerary tailor-made to your travel styleALL bookings – flights, other transportation, hotels, tours, activities, etc.Dinner reservations Travel tips, including everything you need to know about your destinationDetailed itinerary in PDF and mobile app format Our planning fees start at $200 for trips under 10 days and $300 for trips 10+ days. Your deposit is made and your vacation is officially booked. During the time between booking and departure, we will be with you every step of the way. All you have to do is pack your bags!
